But the key person to worry about here are not those 2, it's actually Surya

Pimple may not know the family history and situation and Ananconda is playing a selfish game

But Surya on the other hand has no excuse to behave this way and that is the true cause for concern

Hope Vani and Bhoomi realise this and sort him out before they tackle Pimple and Anaconda

You have highlighted some excellent points of both pimple and simple. First of all this same trick would not have worked on Pooja you cannot change once fundamental nature. Pimple was quick to take on Patti advice she is who she is by nature and that is she is not a good person. I have said this repeatedly I cannot believe Vaani made an alliance with this family. Simple is also who he is that is a man with no convictions and what is tragic about him is he will bend where the wind blows because he has no confidence in himself. The irony being here is Surya has said repeatedly that he is like his Chithappa and Saami too has the same problem.

I think the problem of deep insecurity that is crashing around Rani is all Saamy doing. If the writers are keeping this in mind and you think deeply it is really Saami inability to give an identity to his family that has caused Rani to implode. Look at it the other way how many mistakes has Bhoomi made where does he stand now compared to Saami has anyone raised a hand against him. You can make a million points for Saami how he is the better man but being nice doesn't buy you respect. And if you take this even one step further Rani encouraged Samy laziness, that is the feeling I got from the initial episodes. I don't think serials will analyze it this deeply but what we have here is a very interesting family problem that is got so many layers.

The best part of Vani Rani is when Rani walked out on Saami I thought that was the high of the serial it showed exactly what audience was thinking regarding Saamy. Saamy as a character is deeply flawed his outward niceness is a cover up of his deep flaws whenever his mistakes are pointed out to him he crumbles distances himself from everyone and descends into self loathing. Rani Saamy might look like the stronger marriage but lately it is Vani and Bhoomi that look like the stronger couple they fight like cats and dogs but they get their issues out on the table the good the bad and the ugly.

I wouldn't be surprised if Saamy is secretly glad that the sisters are fighting. Saamy is very nice man much better than Bhoomi but we can't ignore he has got problems, especially his desire to run away from his brother as a means to hide his own failures.

Yes Vani is underestimating pimple which she will soon realize especially if Pooja is back to stay with the family. What I would love to see Gautam and Pooja make their own careers especially Gautam. I would like Gautam to get his own job and Sarvanan away from their parents influence they should be be their own men. Gautam is a survivor he is the type to make his own path and now that Bhoomi is back on his feet he should take his company back from Surya as he is an idiot. I don't think Surya is going to learn his lesson anytime soon he is going to side with pimple and crash and burn. They are going to save his redemption for the last, but he has always been my least fav character, and Gautam my most fav. I hope Gautam and Pooja get a very good story and we see more of them.

about Pimple you are right - in nature she is weak and greedy otherwise she wouldn't follow Sr A blindly - she knows that if she follow Sr A she will benefited more - look at her mother wearing 10 rings on her finger and value people through money - Vani and Rani met them before and Vani told them Rani and Samy is everything to them but when Sr A came to their house they are ready to listen her - why they didn't ask Vani for clarification it shows their nature - i would say Vani need to watch for Pimple big way and Surya going to learn big lesson soon the way he was going - Rani was there Surya from the day he was born and he is listening to Pimple and nodding to her whimps shows he has zero brain no gulity - what kind of person he is

Samy is glad in a way celebrating that Rani cut all the ties with her sister - i can't wait to see the reward Samy going to give it to Rani - you are right he is happy incide - for the first time Rani put her family above everything else - if he is a good person he will try harder to reunite the sisters we know he is not that ( hope i am wrong and Samy say sorry to Rani and explain why he utterd the words )

Your assumption about Vani is 100% right - she is angry at Gautham and Samy because they didn't tell her anything - she should have trusted her son like Samy and Rani - she failed in that category - Bhoomi was sick before the incident - Rani know it and Vani don't know that part - so when he show Gautham and Pooja he collapsed - Vani can't handle anything happen to her husband but should have trusted Gautham and Samy -

Gautham and Samy both made mistakes they should have informed Vani but they didn't - but done is done - why can't Vani accept that part can't understand - I think she worry for Gautham life - don't want him like Kathir - she should know Gautham not like Surya - he is mentally strong person no body can sway him easily

The problem here is Vani is oversimplifying everything first of all she is not infallible she is not god to protect Sarvanan from all harm what makes her believe that is just her ego. The second bigger problem here is she is just assuming Gautham lied about being in love, which shows she doesn't understand Gautham at all.

you put it into words i was thinking the same way - she needs to learn lesson too and re exam her thinking - still we don't know if Kathir didn't stop the gunman he would have shot Saravanan right - what is her back up plan - until now we didn't hear it - love your point of views
