But ❤️ that they included Aamir too in this reunion. Despite their rivalry and though I like Aamir a lot less than I like SRK and Salman, for me there is no one quite like the three of them.

The eerie fact that they were born the same year, have the same last name, have had ups and downs and yet are still standing on top is something remarkable. They somehow seem to complete the trifecta that if something in missing in one Khan, the other has it in spades. BW would not be the same without them.

Arpita has the distinction of making something like this happen. So very nice see. 😃

I wanted SRK-Salman to patch up lately because I felt SRK was being rather lonely and the people surrounding him were either in awe of him or were users. SRK-Aamir looked impossible, but Sallu and SRK had a bond before which was clear to see and I wanted him to have someone who was his equal, who would be a true friend to him. Sallu too had seemed to be surrounded by too many people who wanted something from him or were in awe of him. No one truly his equal except Aamir.

I am a very cynical, hard as nuts person. But these two guys, SRK-Salman, are part of my memories of growing up. Their films are part of some very happy memories I spent with friends and family. Even now when I am sad or want to just smile, their movies are the ones I reach for. So they are rather special to me. Seeing them both like this made me tear up a bit. 😳 Hope they maintain this for I do think the three of them and I include Aamir in this will be very good friends for each other to have because who else but the three of them could understand what it means to be them.
