And once she does she may not herself stay away whatever he says. I agree that any move in any relationship between them from him would be in bad taste right now but this love on Arzoos part is itself circumstances. She remembers his anger and bitterness and scolding and everything so it's not like she doesn't recall how he pushes her away from himself along with all the god he has done.

There definitely has to be more to zeenats story...to make this love story make sense...that much is very clear as Nads says..

He felt attracted to her yes...but he did his best to not accept it...so where is tbe question of him cheatng her or using her?

How Arzoo fell in love...let's not even ask the question...ok she did...it is going to be a shock when she finds out for sure.

Once Arzoo learns the truth, IMO she should just leave and go back to Lucknow. Even staying out of Sahir's sight for a day will make him come to terms with reality.
