like, okay. SNS has a high TRP. but does anyone even like that show?? i'm pretty sure everyone who watches it, including trp aunties, do so just to complain about the characters later on saying 'hawww dekha usne kaisa kiya'
the thing about yhm is that it is loved. it has a core group of audience who are genuinely enchanted by the story of ruhi-raman-ishita, as well as the tamil-punjabi backstory. sure, the writers can change that and make it yet another cliche serial, but then yhm will lose that love. no one will be excited everyday when it gets close to 7.30/11pm. people will still keep watching, because it is a routine, but that excitement and happiness will be gone.
if it were me, honestly, i'd rather have a show that is loved, even if is a few places down on the trp chart, rather than a show no one really cares about and people just watch to complain.
