Hrithik Roshan helps with script of K2

26 July 2007 - Hrithik, who is well versed with FX techniques and technologies, is part of the team of writers scripting the Krrish sequel in which he plays the lead as the super hero.

He has the best body and the best moves, on the dance floor and when enacting action stunts. Hrithik is now dabbling in scripting the action sequences that he will then perform in Krrish 2.

"Hrithik has always taken a keen interest in scripting and has been an intrinsic part in the making of all my films. Yes, he will write the script of Krrish 2 along with me," filmmaker Rakesh Roshan told the Mumbai Mirror.

Work on writing the script is yet to start but Rakesh Roshan and his team of writers have started brainstorming on the story line. Whenever Hrithik, who is currently busy filming Jodha Akbar, is at home he joins them.

"Hrithik has been playing an important role regarding the look of the film. He also has been discussing newer stunts that could be a part of Krrish 2. He is also quite savvy when it comes to technologies regarding the special effects in filmmaking. We have discussed the concept in detail. Now Hrithik and I have to sit together and decide the costumes, which will happen soon after we finish the script."

Filming of Jodha Akbar is expected to be wrapped up the end of this month after which Hrithik will work full time with the Krrish 2 team of writers.

Interestingly, the film will retain Rekha, who acted both in Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish.

However, it is not yet clear who will play the female lead.

In June there were reports that the Roshans are interested in signing up newcomer Deepika Padukone for the film, leading to speculations that Priyanka Chopra had been dropped. However, it is possible there are two female leads in the film since there was earlier talk that Hrithik will play a double role in the film.
