He should have asked ALL his staff to call him Rohit why only Ananya??
I like the way Capt Rathore catches the indirect meaning of Rohit.

Hmmp, I get what you wanted to say. Ananya was not ready to call him, Rohit, still he forced and twice asked her to say him as Rohit. May be he wants to become her friend. And becoming her friend or even a boyfriend and liking a girl is not wrong in any way.

You know if this happens in a circle where suddenly the one among the higher authority ask you to call him by his name or show too much favor it is very obvious that others will begin to think differently...

Yes it was indeed very INFORMAL that suddenly he wants Aananya to call him Rohit...

Aakash Rohit ke raaste ka kaata hai,isiliye... That scene where Rohit asks Ananya to call him by his name was very unprofessional.. Hated that particular scene...
