No one is criminal?

Negative acts of individuals are termed as criminal acts.

Such criminal acts are end results of situation or circumstances, basically all humans are same and good.

Debate - If not subjected to adversed situations / circumstance no one take recourse to negative acts. Right?

In Favor - Thats correct, rosy upbringing and luck in favor no reason why individuals would be criminals.

Against - No matter what criminal are born like that, there is nothing called situational / circumstantial criminals.

everyone has a reason to be unhappy about something or the other.
