I am confused, who is the kidnapper kabir, kushan, gourav ya koi aur.

I think Kabir is focusing on prateek being the kidnapper because he knows that prateek is not the real culprit but by doing this he is giving the real kidnapper a chance to make a mistake or do something so he could catch them.

I also think trisha and kushan never had an affair even it was like that in the real Spanish show. Kushan and Prateek hed never been in each other's good books. So Kushan was waiting for a chance to turn on to prateek. when he came to know about him and neha, and trisha knowing about the affair, he planned all this.

I remember in one of the episodes, trisha said that she should not trust "UN PAY". so he might have assured trisha that he will help her to send neha away from prateek's life and he took her from the beach party.

Trisha's kidnapping might be her own and kushan's planning to FIX the issue that's why trisha believed him and went away with him.
