But I might as well answer this one:
Avinash is Radha's brother and Meghna is his wife....Mandira is Meghna's much richer friend who also happens to be Avi's employer (though we think they'll put in an Avi-Mandi love angle soon)
As for why both the brothers do not work.....that's the storyline of PKKP where the whole family considers Radha to be a pay packet and nothing else...
Though Avi has taken up a job as Mandira's PA
