This man knows he is cornered. He has goofed up big time in sending Dev to jail. He knows there is a chance Dev might come out and if he comes out he wants Suchitra to keep the EB on Dev so that he doesn't do anything against him.
Shameless is much less a word. That scene of Raj kicking the water glass in front of Dev is still in my mind and I cant forget it. He threatening that poor boy that he will rot in jail while he and his criminal son will have gala time.
It was because of Dev's own survival instinct he survived 2 attacks on his life in jail. His nephew has reached where he is by his own merit and he is not a criminal.
Yet this man wants to kill him, if cant kill him wants him completely in prison, and if cannot be kept in prison wants his bhabi to ensure Dev remains tied to her apron strings.
Crying in front of Suchitra shows how much shameless he is and how much he will stoop low just to keep the power.
