True but she had that starry aura about her and was mostly in news etc. Kinda like ash, 90% of her movies are flops but a household name. Urmila was well known and widely discussed in the 90s. Also her appreciation in various roles saves her from the flop tag. Yeah not a hit actress but not flop either. Average like raveena shilpa etc

Flop is some one like mahima chaudry who had a good start but reached a point where neither the critics nor the audience appreciated her for any of her later work. Koko is like shabana azma. I would quote the example of andaaz apna apna, not hit technically but not flop at all, more like getting a cult status which is definitely not flop ( you getting what i am implying?
