Yes they say that we all need to balance and not over indulge in either the material or the spiritual.
If we take the path of sanyas or renunciation then the material is cast aside. But that is harder than it seems and most difficult.
Best is to stay in the world but "mind out own business"; get involved only when necessary.😉 easier said then done but at least its not so bad.
