Following to the precap, I hope these kind of scenarios take place:
1. Cabir will be beaten up by Harshad.
2. Then I think both Manan finds him and takes him to the hospital.
3. Cabir's injury might be critical and Manik will be feeling guilty for Cabir 's condition. Since he wasn't there to protect him.
4. Manik will break down and hug Nandini.
5. Nandini will resist it first, but will give in. Even though she hates him now, she still can't see him in pain.
6. Then Cabir's condition might get better in 24 hours.
7. So Manik decides to stay at the hospital and Nandini stays there to comfort him.
8. Then Manik might feel sleepy and Nandu might give him a shoulder to lean on or vice versa.
9. Cabir will become conscious in the morning, and see them in that position. So all his doubts will be clarified.
10. Then in the morning the rest of Fab5 will get the news and come to see Cabir.
Once Cabir 's hospital track is over, Nandini's childhood friend might enter college as Dhruv's true love . And I want Cv's to show a smooth transition from his dimishing infatuation for Nandini and developing attraction between him and the new girl.
Also sometimes Dhruv's character reminds me of Swayam from D3. His personality is very similar, except that he is a singer/guitarist and has attacks every now and then. But he has the most mature, introvert, sweet loving guy like Swayam.
