You can give suggestions or make someone learn something from you ONLY either if you have any authority over that person or if both of you are in friendly terms.. but in case of Sonali & Dimpy issue both the scenarios were false so she was wrong in doing that..

I support Sonali in this fight... DImpy was unnecessarily trying to interfere in her work. She was trying to create a fight with Sonali... IF she wanted to help that was fine, she could have asked captain to put her in kitchen team...she could have cooked at night and Sonali in the day... but she had to shout and taunt her
