I think this is what dargha seen is all about baba telling arzoo to recognise her humsafar and she needs time and she doesn't trust any relationship if a male is involved

ecri...I hope they start showing arzoo learning from her mistakes as well.. Granted she needs to be a bit impulsive otherwise how would the show move if she does everything right...

But... At least if she thinks a bit and reflects that maybe she was perceiving the lesson sahir taught her as mocking and that was wrong... It would be good!

The way the spoiler article has been written it seems like he sees her crying and then gives the promotion letter or contract.. In any case he knows that nausheen worked in the dupatta factory and that's not there now...

I hope he doesn't give her the letter because she needs the job but also because he believes her talent needs a chance.

Yes..Vandy...Sahir most definitely should...and along with that I hope Arzoo finally begins to think about whether she is always right in her perceptions or not...impulse is one thing but if she doesn't learn any lesson even after getting the job back there would be no point...
