He wasn't defending Arya per se, but just putting across a point that yes in jish he did say that he won't play cause he was hrt and upset by someone's actions. But when he realized that his team needed him and he was being silly by not playing, he decided to play and there is nothing wrong in that.

As usual, Salman was being rude to the caller of the weak and unfairly defending Aarya. Aarya is such a bad actor ... but can't expect Sallu of all people to know the difference. 😆

But even more than that, he was trying to say that what puneet did was absolutely wrong and hence, what Arya did wasn't a bad or wrong thing at all. And even more, this entire thing is Puneet's fault so don't make it Arya's issue. Whatever Arya did he did because Puneet did what he did.

Andlike he said, tum humaara ghar aa ke aag laga rahi o toh humme bhi kuch bolna padega na. He hasn't done that earlier cause the contenstants needed to learn. And he did that today cause the contestants needed to learn and Puneet needed to know that he was wrong. And Arya was NOT to blame at all.
