The Aashiqui 2 babe has given yet another statement rubbishing all the rumours about her being romantically involved with Aditya but we wonder why? Coz she has been doing this for a long time but it hasn't really worked...
Though Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur have never admitted being in a relationship, a lot has been said about their alleged love affair. Every now and then the two grab headlines coz of their personal life. Well, its not surprising because Shraddha and Adi have been spotted together at numerous occasions. However, the duo has never been clicked together. That's not all! They have taken quite a few holidays together as well. And very recently, Ms Kapoor was seen outside the Daawat-e-Ishq actor's house late in the night. Their frequent outings proves there is more to the story than what meets the eye, no? While the Kapur lad mostly has been mum on his relationship status, the Haider actress has given many statements to refute all the claims about her link-up...
"People loved our onscreen chemistry in Aashiqui 2, so they keep linking us up. But no, I am not seeing Aditya. We are just good friends."
"I would come clean if there was something there. Aditya and I are good friends. We share a close bond because of our Aashiqui 2 journey. We enjoy hanging out together. But there's nothing more between us."
"I'm absolutely single. I don't know why stories about these link-ups come about. Just because you work with someone and share good on-screen chemistry with them does not necessarily mean that you're dating."
"My parents know exactly what's going on in my life. They are aware of my equation with Aditya and that we are good friends. They know what Aashiqui 2 has done for both us.

But all of her statements hardly made any difference so in a recent interview to a leading tabloid, Shraddha said, "This is a two-year old rumour now, and it should just die. It must die its death."
Well, we kinda agree with the ABCD2 starlet - a rumour should die its natural death. But only if its a rumour. In this case, it hasn't because...well, we all know why. After all there is no smoke without fire, right peeps?
