i too thought Dilu might have told Sanam abt her dead twin,seems she didn't. I don't expect Sanm to have some deep memory recall,which Sunheri or Haya don't have.Plus,the twin factor will be dragged and revealed.

Dilshad told Sanam earlier abt her twin n Sanam had kept kept d locket opened above her parents photo frame. As for not recognizing her, may be he vl not see her running behind his car. I was saying dat if Sanam tells him abt Tanveer n he does not believes her. Also, if he insults n mistreats her after Tanveer tries to gain sympathy 4m him n brainwashes him against Sanam then Sanam wud leave d house. If Ahil believes Tanveer asks Sanam to apologize like Asad did to Zoya in May 2013 epi teln her act as childish(I wanted Zoya to slap Asad for dis n leave d house) then Sanam sud not apologize to Tanveer. She sud not lose her self-respect like Zoya. If Ahil does not recognizes her by seeing her painful state n painful eyes whether she is saying truth or not n instead he accuses her of being a gold-digger n Tanveer was right abt her then Sanam sud slap him n leave d house. Hmm, all that you say could play around the same time during their reunion,but am doubtful taht Sanam will blurt out everything at one go infront others.I don't think Sanam will leave him,bcoz she knows his life in under threat,unlike JaNu's case.
