chetanya probably lied to maya and nani about being an orphan because he knows that they want him to get married to ridima because of the money. he will expose maya and nani in front of vikram

I think he is telling the truth. His first engagement was over because of a secret. This could be the reason. People in India worry about the caste an orphan belongs to. And since Anu is labelled as a "manhoos", Chatanya would also be labelled as a person with an unknown caste.

he is telling the truth....because he knows tht in the past this the truth tht worked against him...and now he is using it to his advantage....he wants anu...bt he knows anu wont agree unless ridhima disagrees...he is very smart...he is trying to make the evil 3 say no ... and not him!
