OCD thing isn't new but doesn't completely seem like OCD either, he doesn't go wash or wipe his hands when he handles any object, or use napkins/hankerchiefs/gloves as barrier or have a mini sanitizer bottle at the ready. But instead you'll notice he wants to or has a habit of doing those things by himself like bringing his hand forward but he stops to remember that he can't/shouldn't touch it. Not just the car handle but the sample that Arzoo had brought home he went to pick it up but fisted his hand just before he did so, and when Arzoo's handing him the glasses at the table he used a fork to bring attention to her hand. There are many inconsistencies him holding onto Arzoos phone, him picking up papers, fabrics, taking the envelope from Arzoo. and him not cleaning of sanitizing his hands after wards, I think it has more to do with his past, could be a related to the mystery doctor he was talking to, maybe whomever is being treated has to be in a sterile environment and Sahir because he makes it a point to visit them on Thursdays, tries to minimize his contact with surfaces that he knows many people use, door handles, the dirty sample, etc.
