Wo jo her waqt khiyaalon main bassi rehti hai
Kabhi to meri bi sochon main kho jaati ho gi

Wo jiski raah main palkein bichi rehti hain
Kabhi mujhey bi apney pass bulati ho gi

Labon per rehti hai wo her pal hansi bann ker
Tasawar se merey , wo bi muskuraati ho gi

Wo jo shaamil hai merey geet merey naghmon main
Kabhi tanhai main mujh ko gun gunaati ho gi

Jis ke liey mera dil beqaraar rahta hai
Merey liey apna chain bi guanti ho gi

Jiss se izhaar e wafa her pal karna chahoon
Kabhi iqraar to wo bi karna chahti ho gi

Jiske liey meri her raat hai karwat karwat
Kabhi to ussey bi neend na aati ho gi

Jiski ulfat ki shamah se hai mera dil roshan
Meri chahat ke wo bi deep jalati ho gi

Ghame -e- firaaq mera hi muqadar hai ya phir
Meri judaai ussey bi yunhi rullati ho gi
