The episode begins with Shaurya blasting off at Radha and throwing the money in her face. Radha tells him he's misunderstood her. He says he understands her perfectly. Just then his sister comes up to him asking how Addy is. She asks him why he didn't feel the need to inform his sister...if his PA hadn't called her, she would have never known. Shaurya thinks to himself that it wasn't the girl, but Mehra who informed Sangamitra. Radha walks away disgusted and Shaurya takes his sister to Adhiraj's room.
Sangamitra walks into the room and sits next to Addy's bed. She starts crying and apologizing for stopping him from doing what he wanted. She had always thought that the woman he loved, loved his money, not him. That's why she had always been against their relationship. She keeps begging him to open his eyes. She tells him that her house will always be open to him and his would-be wife. She thinks she wants to be part of his happiness from now on. She keeps asking him to open his eyes. Just then a doctor comes in and tells her not to be so emotional. The patient needs to avoid all stress and Shaurya agrees. The doctor prescribes some medicines and Shaurya leaves to buy them.
Shaurya comes outside the room, wondering where the chemist is. The doctor points him the directions and calls Radha to help him find the chemist. Shaurya is shocked and when Radha comes near them, he tells the doctor that this girl is not Radha, but Mallishka. The doctor argues that she is indeed Radha - the head nurse. Shaurya is embarassed and tries to apologize to Radha but she angrily says 'chale?' (You go girl!đđ) She shows him the way to the chemist's office and he says she should have said she was Radha and not Mallishka, it would have saved him a lot of embarassment. Radha sarcastically says there's no need of embarassment. He is a great businessman. He's used to ordering and yelling. He didn't even give her a chance to explain - all he had to say was shut up and get out. She tells him that the same hospital that is saving his brother from dying is going to be destroyed by these two brothers. He asks her if she's done and when she doesn't say anything, he arrogantly thanks her for showing the way and begins to walk away. She stops him and returns the money he threw at her. She tells him to give respect to money.
Megs gives Avi a cup of coffee and he asks her who was at the door...the voice seemed familiar. Megs sarcastically says he can drink with this person, but can't recognize the voice? Avi is surprised and asks her if Mandira was here and if she knows about them? Megs agrees. Avi wonders if she lost the friendship and he lost the job? Megs disagrees and says Mandira is a true friend and she loves her. They both hug and dance to zindagi ek safarđ Avi wonders how he will show his face to Mandira and how she'll treat him from now.
Sangamitra tells Shaurya she wants to talk to Mallishka. She says she wants to accept her. Shaurya thinks back to the phone conversation with Adhiraj when he tells him how he lost everything because of that woman. Sangamitra is thinking Radha is Mallishka and tells him to quickly bring her to her. Shaurya wonders how he can tell her the truth when Addy asked him not to tell anyone. He wonders where to bring Mallishka from.
Shaurya wonders if Radha is still in the hospital or if she's left for home. He spots her and calls out her name. She asks what he wants now. He tells her he made a mistake and in his anger he had said a lot of things. He apologizes and she accepts his apology. He tells her he needs her help. Radha is shocked. She asks what he thinks of her. He can scold her whenever he wants and order whenever he wants. She asks him how did he even think she'll help him? He says if not for him, she can at least help Addy. He knows she's responsible for Addy's condition and she even feels guilty for it. This way she can help him and clear her conscience. He tells her she will need to become Mallishka. Di has only heard of her name. She's never met her nor talked to her. It will be really easy for Radha to become Mallishka - just for a few days, become Mallishka. The episode ends on Radha's shocked face.
Precap: Aai is saying what she feared has come true - a notice came that they only have 7 days before they have to vacate the house. Dadi says she can never leave the house. Avi is trying to convince them that they might have to leave...but even then, they still have Mandira's outhouse. Megs is shocked hearing this.
