I mean no one dies with a freaking vase. well may be they do, depends how hard the stroke was on his head. but yea, i think they will take kshitij to the hospital and then the doctors will talk about his condition being quite critical. he will get the concussions, the loss of blood may cause some complications, especially when it outta the head. it can cause severe damage when the head is hurt.
ummmm... then he may be in the ICU for quite sometime, probably till late next week or the week after next week. and suddenly when kshitij gives up the doctors may say that they are sorry, they did their best. kumud, his dutiful wife may have now realized that there was no point in fighting with him, he left me now, forever, and may be thats why she will miss him. and may be thats why amit said that in his interview that he is SURE that kumud will miss him now.
kumud who has been taking care of him while he was in the hospital, may run to kkusum and tell her that papa killed kshitij, as we heard or saw in the promo. i didn't see the promo but yea still. that's what i got out of it.
then there is gonna be a court case in which dadi will definitely blame kumud, kkusum and abhay for the death of kshitj, may be this time aryaman will also support his evil mother. and kali and nakul got yet another chance to hurt kumud, this time in a much bigger way. Kumud dear would have already been broken at the loss of her husband and now the blame and criticism will kill her. then probably my Garv will come to her rescue. I am sure they won't start out being lovers immediately, it will take a couple of months atleast. but garv will be there to support kkusum and kumud as a friend.
when he is done with all the help he can give them. he may leave feeling that kumud has no place in her heart for him and then kumud will stop him coz she has is and will always be in love with him, just like Kaho na pyar hain, or, kuch na kaho or Tum Bin.
