Sidharth Malhotra migrated from Delhi and moved into a house in Bandra after the success of Student of the Year.

Sidharth Malhotra migrated from Delhi and moved into a house in Bandra after the success of Student of the Year. It is a sea facing house and a bachelor pad of sorts. It's a spacious house and Sidharth has been staying here for about two years now.

However the property is a rented one and currently Sidharth is keen to buy a house of his own. Sidharth has been on the lookout for a house since couple of months. In fact post Ek Villian he had some time on hand while he was getting into shape for Brothers and he used this time bracket to meet realtors and look at properties. He quite likes the location of his rented apartment and hence is looking for something in and around Bandra.

Being a Delhi boy he has found his roots in Mumbai and buying a property here is a big deal. Sidharth also bought himself a Mercedes after the success of Ek Villain.

Aren't they mixing and matching two different stories? I think it's Shraddha that bought the Mercedes. But yea he did talk about loving the view of the sea from his apartment on that show Genext.

No..Even Sid brought his own Mercedes after Ek Villain..that news came in July..Yup I remember him mentioning abt the sea view in Genext..his rented apartment looks cosy enough..Sid stays near Salman's apartment..Even Alia's house is close-by I think.
