I venture to discuss on the good old topic "women in India". For ages, women are being cheated by their husbands. Whether they belong to rural or urban areas the plight of the women seem to be the same. Here Shoba belongs to the so called high society, but she gets humiliated by her husband and eventually by society. When we see this our hearts go for them, and we want to raise our voice against these amoral men.
Shoba's character clearly depicts the plight of women. When cheated by her husband her emotional out burst could not be contained and she has no body to get consoled. In spite, she is subdued, still has feelings for her husband, cares for his mother(regardless of her abuse). What a loathing person Samrath!.He merely thinks of her as his possession and wants to manipulate the CCTV. How disgusting!
The ADHY teams beautifully shapes her character.Lovable, polite, enduring! She still wants to give a chance to her husband. Does he deserve it? Shoba beautifully portraits the plight of cheated women of our India and the troubles there after.
Well, the serials are to enjoy and for time pass. But the modern TV has certainly visualized the plight of distraught women of our nation thru many of their stories .But still the problem persists.
On the other side,we have a sweet surprise. Vikram and Shoba. Both are beautiful and lovely, but polls apart, but good at heart.Constantly they advertise that a bond is going to develop between them. A mere friendship or more than that.It is a million dollar question. They say the story is the Indian version of "The good wife". But we cannot adopt western culture as it is, but any thing or every thing depend on the situations and individuals.
