Aditya Chopra nervous after Jhoom Barabar

Aditya Chopra is quite nervous following the debacle of Jhoom Barabar Jhoom and the average run of Ta Ra Rum Pum. Year 2007 has not been very good for the Chopras. Little wonder then that Aditya is in no mood to take risks and is sticking to the tried and tested.

After seeing the rough copy of Pradeep Sarkar's Laaga Chunri Main Daag, Aditya has decided to reshoot some portions of the film. The problem with the film is that its subject is not aligned to suit the typical Yashraj audience. Ever since Aditya took over the reins at Yashraj, he has gone ahead and catered to an upmarket urban audience. Laaga Chunri unfortunately does not fall into this category. The film, which stars Rani Mukherjee, tells the story of a middle class girl who becomes a prostitute to support her family.
