the choice of words sounds odd but
what she meant to say is not bad
if you read the full thing
its more about organizing their meets before
so that they get undivided attention from her
i am sure most of today's celebs does the same.

Maybe it's because of her shooting schedule... shooting doesn't happen at one place only & her parents are residents of Himachal Pradesh. What's the point of coming to Mumbai if she is not there but she could/ should have articulated it in a better way. Use of word 'appointment' is inappropriate.
