Agreed Sush, Anoop in all this competition is forgetting the golden rule of business which is customer satisfaction ⭐️
Would have liked to see how Anandi would have made Anoop understand this rule but family drama rules tv soaps 😛

And felt Anoop should have also understood the fact he is been in Bhaili only since past 2-3 days but Anandi has started Bhaili and along with all these people has made Bhaili a success so automatically everyone would listen to her first..

Moreover anandi believes in team work, another reason for her success,

She never says that she is the director of bhaili and others her suordinates but addresses them as her saheli, sister

So she gets respect from them too

Here anup has made a big mistake, unnecessarily he was loosing his respect by telling that accountant that he was behaving like a owner

He forgot that he is there since past 2,3 days and these people are working since inception of bhaili

@bold Agree, this is her original self, though I wouldn't call her stubborn, but determined. She deeply believes that moral considerations are more important than profit. And she just can't compromise on that issue.

That's called integrity, and I love Anandi for that.

The way she was talking to CP - sadly, mildly, quietly - but with no shivering in her voice, said it all. She was just concerned for Anup, who was about to make problems in his life again, but totally confident that she is on the right path.

I am really liking the current Anandi Anop and Bhaili track.

It has everything going for it drama because Anop is such a hot headed man now driven by desire to prove himself and wants to use Bhaili towards that end.

He doesn't understand the goals of Bhaili and is interested only in profit making

While wanting to make more profits that too in a legitimate way is not bad desire but should be careful about protecting your relationships too.

Anandi wants to take everyone along with her when she moves forward and Anop wants to drag everyone forward with him irrespective of the people's feelings and emotions.

I am pleasantly surprised that they are showing issues regarding business ethics through Bhaili and the conflicts that arise from wanting to be a profit making organisation and at the same time retaining the values and principles through Anandi's organisation.

Well Sanchi's corporate job was just to provide fodder to domestic issues and through Anandi's Bhaili they are dealing with real issues👏⭐️👍🏼

But sadly it will be a short lived track

Finally saw the episode late at night...

Anandi at Bhaili. Anoop at Bhaili. Anoop has his own agenda. To prove he is as good if not better businessman than his brother. And for this, he is willing to sacrifice the ideals that Bhaili stands for.

Agree with everything said above.

Along with this strong Anandi who will not compromise on her beliefs and ideals, I was equally impressed with the accountant who knows who is the boss. Even though she may call herself one of the sisters. Liked the way he just refused to be cowed down by Anoop's histrionics.

Anandi was visibly pained at seeing Anoop's behaviour. He had no control over his tongue or regard for people he was talking to. Not once did Anandi raise her voice. She was just firm on her stand with regard to this customer.

Obviously Anoop has been working at Bhaili for a few days now and should have understood the culture. But he has blinkers on and can't see beyond trumping his brother...

Anandi Anop and Bhaili track is the kind of track that Anandi should have in case they need tracks to fill up in the absence or non availability of SS.

They can show her professional life her life with her Sasural wale so that the people who watch for family drama as well as the people who watch it for socially relevant issues both will get something out of it and add her role as mother and show her missing her pati who is out of station and it would make for a decent episode even if AnSh are not there in one frame they can show that they are together in spirit.

This is how it should have been when they brought Sanchi into Bhaili . Then the show would not have been in this state.
