Honestly, I didn't watch the show for 3 weeks. It's becoming worse by the day, and I don't like Seherrs character at all. From nowhere, Gul came up with the idea that Aahil and Seher's marriage is fake. Now he's trying to say its a contract marriage. I dont what kind of muslim Gul is. In Islam, when two people have a nikaah, they're married. This applies to Seher and Aahil as well, they are not an exception. You cant fake a marriage. Now they want to show the marriage as a fake, so they can get Seher-As-Sanaam to marry Aahil so Sanaam can disappear for one year. I would call this bull, but it's even worse than that.

A marriage is a marriage unless it's annulled. Why would Sanam need to marry Aahil again? Contract marriages are still marriages. They don't just *not* become marriages. It only ceases to become one when they either annul or divorce. Divorce would still mean the marriage was a marriage for its duration. Only thing that makes a marriage deemed never a marriage is an annulment.

Get an effing grip. Aahil was worried not because contract will automatically mean marriage ends, but rather his mother would try to push a divorce. He and Sanam said the signing of papers would not affect their marriage because they will continue on with it and as a full and real marriage.

The property would always transfer to Aahil/Sanam. I don't know what this crap is now. Tanveer first needed it transferred to them/him so they/he can transfer it to her.

Exactly! The CVs r messing up big time lately! Plus SaHil never had a written contract, it was more verbal with no lawyer present lol it was more like after 3 months u can divorce if u want, just like any other marriage. The nikah was valid and real. As for Aahil, yea exactly, he told Sanam he would persuade his Ammi but obviously he knows shes against it n dying to get them divorced. Aahil knows that if him and Sanam want to keep this marriage it will stay, its just about his Ammi and maybe Sanam's changed behavior thats all lol Hes not worried about the contract ending, but rather how to go about it and what will happen next. As for the property, the CVs keep changing it to suit their story, if they still have one lol

Nice post.
Don't think cvs are confused. I think they are confusing us or it may be another trp drama.
It's like challenge drama, just to get attached to the show to see what is going to happen.
