After watching the episode, its clear that Sakshi had that piano specially made and delivered to the orphanage to hide her tape. She had a secret compartment built into the piano which probably wouldnt be discovered even if the piano was tuned in last 25 yrs.
Come to think of it, I have some 20 yr old Video cassettes which still work and I have a VCR too...😛
After this orphanage flashback it becomes clear who Sakshi was and why she became what she is now...Kill to Survive!
