TOI-everyone touched my feet assuming i'm a don-mahesh shetty

Mahesh Shetty of 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hai' fame
will soon feature
in Sony TV's crime based show
Encounter, hosted by Manoj
Bajpayee. The story will focus on
a South Indian don (played by
Mahesh Shetty), his life and how
it finally came to an end.
"It was interesting shooting for
Encounter as I performed
various stunts which were real.
My character of don looked so
real that everyone touched my
feet assuming I am a don,"
shares Mahesh.

On being asked to explain the
entire incident in details, he
replied, "There was a scene
which was set up in a real
location where I was
surrounded by a few fake
goons. No one knew that there
was shooting going on around
so that it gave a real feeling.
While shooting a few other
goons came to me and thought I
was some don and they would
get some perks from me. They
came and touched my feet and
even I didn't reacted as no one
knew that there was some
shoot taking place.
"My experience was mind-
blowing and I feel Encounter is
no less than a reality
show,"signs of Mahesh.
Mahesh's episode will be telecast
this weekend (10th and 11th
May, 2014).
