Raman said "Abhimanyu ke pass jaane ka mood hain" he said it before she pushed him down and left the room.
I read the translation also it was the same...
Why Ishita is not able to understand?'
CV'S now it is your fault any wife would have understood the problem.

Yep. To me, he has made it very clear. She already knows that Raman is jealous and does not approve of Mani. She has admitted that to herself and she kind of liked the jealous Raman. Now, that it has taken a deadly turn she can't not say that she still does not get what Raman is mad about. The writers seriously need to go back and read their own dialogues that they have written. Besides Mani, there is no other man that Raman hates or disapproves with whom she cordially interacts. The writers have made her look purposely dense and in the precap he even spells it out. I think this time she would get it and act all defiant and add more fuel to his fire.

maybe she forgot who is Abhimanyu, she knows only Mani 😆

On a serious note I guess she was too shocked with her husband's behavior that she might have not heard it.

Very well said I was also shocked when I watched it on TV and read the translation that he said Abhimanyu name then again instead of questioning her hubby why he's saying so he rushed outside after pushing him down then again did not think once why Raman mentioned Mani name this is SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE any wife would have understood.. Yeah except from Ekta heroines.
In Precap she stands on holding Mani name as if he's challenging Raman I mean her expression CV'S need to show Ishita clearing Raman sick doubt as this is spreading like a disease which is slowly killing their relationship.

Sorry to say I'm married in such situation any wife will catch the point CV'S is making Ishita as a person affected with moderate mental retardation so that they can drag the track in fact CV'S is retarded.

I think she was too shocked to rationally analyze y hr husband is behaving like that, once that anger and shock reduces she might think from Raman's POV. 😳 (might - if CV's want her to 😆)

I know she has been dense in not understanding her husband's tears and thinking that it was AC water spill. n also he clearly called her Best friend home wrecker yet she ignored thinking it as drunken blabber.

But any girl in her position might have reacted the way she reacted today.

IMO Raman was right to demand for having a right over her as a husband and asking her to lay claim on him as his wife, but she took it differently coz he was drunk (his drinking puts her off )and she had never seen him demand for intimacy in their relationship when they don't even have a husband wife relationship in the first place.

I don't think so because when she hold Mani arm not letting him go have you noticed the challenging expression on her face??
I think this is an opportunity for Raman now to express what is tormenting him Mani also must hear it.
Ishita needs to know her hubby mental anguish at least..

I heard it over again and again and the translation also stated the same which I heard it he said Abhimanyu ke pass jane ka mood hain.
