Lets say Ali tried to be friendly with her and touched her and she said dont touch me as I dont want it. This means he does not have the consent to touch her. He must have been wishful thinking that okay she wont mind. Maybe he thought she is okay with others touching so I can as well and she wont mind. Maybe he was flirting. Whatever it was the context was this person touching and after that knowing that other person is not happy. Consent here is related to touching
