Everyone has witnessed Raj's evil side and we got to see more evil of him when he kicked the glass of water away from a thirsty soul . i dont want to ask about who felt pity on dev or angry on raj as there is already a thread on it . My reason for this post is i remembered few things my granny said about water and one of them seems to suit the current track in EHT well. So here it goes :
It is said that even food can be refused to someone but not water to those who are need of it . Depriving water or playing with another's thirst is equal to inviting the wrath of that person . Now, how many of us offer water to any guests when they arrive irrespective of the time ? Yes, offering water is the best way of showing respect and also earning their good thoughts . We do believe"guests are god" right (atithi devo bhava) . It is also said that one who snatches water from the needy will very soon face obstacles in their path which will make them squeezed out like lemon . The obstacles part was something which triggered this long lost value to me .

on a side note : there is also warnings we get from elderly that these kind of people are reborn as lizards . Now , this is true or not we do not know . But what does lizard mean ? is it literally the lizard we often spot on our house walls or does it have a deeper hidden meaning ?

Is it a symbolism of the impending obstacles that the goenka's are going to face?

In Bengali folkore, people say when someone deprives another human being or living creature of water, that offender is born as a Chatak Bird, a type of bird that sits with its mouth open all year waiting for rainfall so it can drink water.
The Jacobin cuckoo, pied cuckoo, or pied crested cuckoo- It has been associated with a bird in Indian mythology and poetry, known as the Chatak represented as a bird with a beak on top of its head that waits for rains to quench its thirst

One thing I know for sure. Raj is going to pay heavily for the water that he kicked in front of Dev. It is always said that evil is always allowed to go higher. It is allowed to feel invincible but from there they get the biggest jolt and downward spiral. Even our mythologies Ramayana and MB tells that.
Only a Hanuman was needed to burn down the entire Lanka. Ram fought with the mighty Ravan only with the help of vanar sena.
In MB Kauravas thought they were invincible when they brutally killed the young Abhi in Chakravyuha. They thought they had victory the next day when Arjun was forced to walk toward the pyre unable to complete his pledge of killing Jayadratha. They were laughing mocking at him. What happened. That moment sealed their fate. When the sun shone bright it became victory of dharma and in another 4 days entire war was over.
Why do we need to go to mythology we have the example in front of us. A man who was hounded by various parties, media put down multiple times now adorns the Prime Minister's office and earning laurels. Many people who were his detractors have bitten the dust.
Karmic justice has its way and it spares no one.

Its surely karmic justice . we already saw one of it with the maid . Goenka's tend to forget that what goes round surely comes back . Revenge is always a two-edged weapon .
