Did anyone else found that scene disturbing. I mean agreed Dev has done a lot of mistakes. He was not there when Nithya needed him. He is a defective detective and it is his own impulsiveness and straight forward approach that has landed him where he is.

I didn't feel that much bad when that policeman was beating him. Ok he has inflicted emotional pain on Nithya and then he was indirectly responsible for Payal's attack. So I knew yes he will be beaten up and in a way that was for his silence during the Payal rape case trial.

Raj was waiting and listening to his nephew beaten black and blue. I know this man has no mercy. What love he would have for the boy , if he could kill his father as we all believe he has done.

But the next scene where a tired Dev who must have endured a lot of beating( they showed 2 sticks broken beating him. That means quite much 3rd degree was used) takes the pot and sees no water. Raj brings a glass of water. When Dev tries to take it he mercilessly kicks that glass depriving even a glass of water to that tired boy.

I would say it was evil at its best. Another scene actually where I asked " Maa Durga where are you. When will Raj and Sakshi know where they stand"

A woman who could attack a sick girl and a man who didn't have even the basic humanity to give a glass of water to a tired soul. How can these people get away every time. Where is justice.

i think raaj ki jaan basti hai raima me😆 tats is why is going mad

on a serious note, he cud have shown him mercy considering tat he is his brother's son...😔

Shruti i watched the epi online and was so much disturbed by raj's evilness. First he hears the screams and next he kicks the glass of water out . How low can he still stoop 😡 i will make a separate post on this later as it this incident triggered a concept which my granny used to tell .

I felt bad too ..even in serial i never seen mom dad and son all so evil ..
I am wondering why Durga never guessed that Raj still doesn't know that sakchi knows about their affair ..only if he knew then he would try to help Dev ..it's different matter that he can't do anything to his wifi 😡

@nep instigating Raj against Sakshi wont prove Dev innocent in court. Solid proof is needed now to prove him innocent.

Either actual or framed. Even if Raima killing exposed Raj will only quietly try to close it now as he knows if Dev comes out his son is in danger as Dev will surely go behind Payal rape case.

Evil trio wants him out from their life so that the truth of Payal rape case never comes out.

Why not even let him have some water?

This was hypocrisy also as Rajnath easily kills others without thinking of their loved ones yet behaves like this when his own loved one is even attacked.

He says he will make Dev pay. Wonder why he doesn't think he too has many crimes to account for? That too actual crimes!

That said maybe Dev needed to see the real ugly face of his chote papa, choti ma and realise how worse they are than he could ever imagine. In a way this foolish move by Goenkas is a step towards their own undoing as they expose their real face to even family who they had been deceiving with beta/bhabhi talks for decades.

But yes the scene was gut wrenching. I first time felt really bad for Dev.

I hope to god that one day Shaurya gets the same treatment if not worst and sakshi and raj are forced to sit and watch him going through what Dev is going through, they may be protecting their son but they forget that Dev is also someones son...

I thought Raj brought water for him not out of pity or care, but to make him accept

I really felt bad for Dev

Bringing water and throwing them away making his wounds pain more, Raj is def. a beast who only have wicked emotions

His love with Raima is just Love with benefits and pleasure

Not bringing water is ok..

but bringing and destroying away infront of the person who was dying for water..it is really pyschic deed

Yes, even I felt really bad when Rajnath knocked off the glass.

He had been listening to the cops beating Dev and he crying out that he did not shoot Raima. I mean Rajnath may not have that sense of Sakshi to know what is true and what is fake. But he knows Dev too well and the way Dev was repeated telling that he did not shoot Raima, it was surprising that Rajnath did not believe him or did he not want to believe Dev because he was angry that Dev is trying to bring the truth open.

Rajnath is simply blinded by fury and he is ready to kill Dev

Shaurya is the same hopeless and shameless guy never leaving his chance to get a grab at Durga

Sakshi is becoming more and more dangerous

Now with the threat of Payal's case might be reopened, Politician Basu is also upto his dirty tricks.

But isnt there a limit for the bad. The Goenka's game was to be up with Durga riding high.

With the cancer research project cancelled and his fury on Dev, Rajnath is not going to see Durga with the same kind eye as he used to see her before. he does not care about Suchitra or Dev and why would he even bother about Durga.

Shaurya has also realized in a way that Durga had come for some purpose and it was not love.

Sakshi is even more cautious watching every breath Durga takes.

With Akash gone and Dr.Thakur in his house, Durga is even more alone.

Forget about getting justice to Payal, she is now stuck with Dev being jailed and has taken a greater responsibility of bringing him back home within a week.

Even if she succeeds in bringing him back from jail, there is threat every moment with the Goenkas becoming more and more ruthless.

Knocking of the water glass was too much. Dev would not get to see the evilness of his Chote Papa in a more clearer situation. This is the heights.

Durga needs more than luck to get her revenge plan working.
