Why the kidnappers are making Amrita to come to a place to meet Trisha where tigers may pounce?

Is it to ensure that nobody observes?

It is not tigers but leopards are frequent there.

Yes. There are large forest tracks in and around Mumbai. From Sanjay gandhi National Park in Borivali east toTungeshwar forests near Vasai and near Film City and some other places. As the forest areas are encroached and buildings are coming up everywhere, the wild life like leopards start wandering off in search of food. It is a common sight in film city and some residential complexes where leopards try to enter and panicked citizens call for forest department to come to their rescue. The Ghoribunder road is also surrounded by thick forests. There are water parks and resorts.
