do u remember exactly wat d prophecy (by prophecy i mean its record,the ball) abt harry n voldy says...

here SPT is sybill sumthn trelawney n APWBD is albus percivial wulfric brian dumbledore

but why are dey mentioned in the stone?what have dey got to do wid it?

ooo....didnt think of tht..oh and i have a ? abt the prophecy as well..the prophecy a states tht "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches...Born to those who have thrice defeated him,born as the seventh month dies..and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not...and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives."my question is cudnt neville be wht the one the prophecy speaks, because he too was born to parents have defeated voldy three times and he too was born as the end of the seventh month? so does this mean tht voldy choose hu was goin to destroy him, did voldy choose who the prophecy was tlkin abt, did voldy make harry "the boy who lives?" so i guess wht i am askin is,did voldy have a choice b/n harry and neville and he made harry his equal?

Then you wouldn't be reading Harry Potter but Neville Longbottom. Yes Voldy did choose Harry since he had only heard half of the phropesy(sp)
