Physical abuse by Puneet

Puneet clearly lifted Gautam, banged him against the counted and squeezed him which in no uncertain terms is PHYSICAL VIOLENCE. shouldn't BB hold him responsible for the same? How can he exercise his strength on others like this and get away with it?? He is the worse of the lot right now.
