Writing needs to be tightened up in the show

I have been watching the show since day 1 and I am enjoying it

Its an old concept, with a modern twist (angry boy, angry girl, fall in love..except here one is married with kids)

I am enjoying Sonali's acting and she looks subdued yet graceful on screen...I am finding mature actresses like Sonali and Bhagz have come back in tv in more modern avatars with classy, mature, understated but elegant looks

I am so sick of seeing these martyr pathetic bahu's dressed up to the nines, with nowhere to go but the damn kitchen

There are some weak points to the show. It can be ignored if this is a brand new PH, but its an Ekta show..so I expect the writing, at least at the start of the show, to be a bit more concise ..of course like every Ekta show, this will probably get destroyed with incoherent twists, turns and writing..but I will watch it for now

I found it odd that Vikram was going on and on about professional and personal life..when he is the one, upon finding Shobha was his secretary, who made some very personal remarks about her and her marriage..that was very unprofessional coming from a boss who in return expects professionalism

The reverse psychology part was cute, but I found the writing faltered there a bit as well and did not flow ...Shobha all of a sudden decides she wants to be this long list of things...but then we see her again in the precap talking submissively to her hubby and MIL...its like she is turning a switch on and off...and it just doesnt flow

I am providing constructive criticism so that the show can improve and stay on air because the story and trp is good..not cause Ekta is stretching the show like chewing gum

Also, I want to see a glimpse of maturity in Vikram and a bit of depth...he seems like a cartoon right now with his monkey cap and beh'r

For Shobha to be firm against her hubby & MIL won't be easy. She was submissive for so long in her marriage. Yes she has recovered from her shock she got but her being strong against her hubby won't be overnight. It will be shown gradually & that will be natural. With Vikram, Shobha does not have emotions attached. So she can be strong & give it back to him but same is not the case with Samarth.

ya I agree it is not easy to become firm with husband immediately, loads of emotional baggage...is involved, kids, memories but vikram was a tad rude...he is abnormal...but I feel story needs bit more tightening, in the sense flow of story goes from sad to hilarious and comical in one instance, it destroys the mood of situation.

Agree that some things need to be tightened in the show.

I would like to see Shobha not take the abuse from her RAT of a husband this meekly.

Why does she choose to stay with her M I L and take her taunts when her son is clearly to blame for the mess they are in.

Why does Shobha just not take her children and leave the scumbag.??

Shobha is shown strong one minute and docile in another. She has done nothing wrong then why show her feel guilty , the only mistake Shobha made is not realizing what her husband was really like.

Many women trusts blindly but when that women has to distance herself from and manipulative and bully of a husband they seem to regress and not fight for their self respect and choose to go at it alone.

Her children too should be protected from a man like SamRATh.

This step is not easy but staying and being submissive to pressure is not right either.

I am really enjoying the show so far though i agree that the writing could be less dragging... the scenes at times seem disjointed but i believe that is more a case of poor post production work.unlike other Ekta shows this show does not air 6days a week so the stress must be less - perhaps the final product can be more polished.

i think the contradiction in Shobha's character is very natural... she is going from years of submissive behavior to becoming an independent woman. this transition cant happen over night ...

my biggest disappointment is in the form of one of my favorite actors, Apoorva being given a charcter who is obnoxious and childish! i am hoping that the cvs revisit this character and can perhaps show his current personality is a facade to cover for a more generous and mature person inside - heres hoping

Well how I see it is that NOTHING IS PERFECT..and this is a daily show ...rUns for five days for weeks after weeks n month s after months ...so glitches are bound to happen...

But we as viewrwer need perfection . N that's where the clash begins ..

I m not saying tht we must all overlook the blunders but a LIL here n there of "let going " of the issues makes the show more watchable n enjoyable ..

Having Said that i do agree the show has issues but it's JJST the beginning once the story is set, I believe things will be better ...

I dont recall requesting perfection on the show and providing constructive criticism does not automatically equate to demanding perfection

I also dont get what "clash" you are referring to.

the only clash I know is "clash of clans"
