Humsafar is full package with every emotions, No never ending love declaration,like a broken record whose needle is stuck . And then repeatedly same thing . Its subtle with every emotion . No comparison between ZGH and this show . Both are class apart and have their own charisma . FK is the common factor and had great chemistry with his leads . Humsafar is getting popularity and Zindgi did the right thing where they gave the whole week episodes in one go on Sunday . Quite good strategy . as being the festive season , people are out so can not watch sometime .

Humsafar set the standards very high...zgh failed to come close-that my opinion. each to their own.

HS is a blockbuster...its way more popular and successful to be compared to a ZGH ..post HS, the next show that had audiences enthralled was Pyaare Afzal..ZGH did very well and was v successful and popular but wasnt in the same league as HS. Yes, some ppl have liked it more than HS or PA. Due respect to them.

As a show, Durreshewar is far superior to HS , zgh and many others...but it didnt enjoy a lot of success...happens.

I dont think HS has caught on yet in India. It might in the later episodes as it happened with ZGH too. So far from what I have seen HS is strictly for Fawad fans with everything revolving around him. Yet I feel in ZGH his acting was really polished. His costars esp Sanam was a good foil to him. Looks wise too I feel he looked better in ZGH...his styling and the way he carried himself was much better. In HS so far he looks boyish and styling isnt as good as ZGH. Obviously by the time he did ZGH he had hit big time so he would have worked on improving himself from HS.

Time and again i have maintains HS might not be the best drama out there neither is ZGH but both had different feels to it and the thing that sets them apart is the treatment to the stories and spectacular main leads with ensemble cast with very good direction and screenplay.

Since this article is abt Fawad khan and being a fan of this person i would just like to add that there is no denial Zaroon is one polished act and millions fell in love with Zaroon not just as a character but the actor playing it and Asher fawad is a revelation to Indian audience once again coz for not a single moment i cud see hangover of Zaroon whn i see Asher as at that time fawad is just Asher for audience..he has played Asher wid as much conviction as he did Zaroon .

I dont want to get into Asher is better or Zaroon is better coz each one has its own charm and i love the fact that my family is loving these dramas along with the actors..makes me happy to see them glued to Tv for the first time and appreciating what is deserving- a quality product with cinematic experience..thats what a Tv audience want a lil respect in return of viewership they provide...Humsafar is one such experience just like ZGH and many others ...though i am not interested in any other since i m not a TV viewer rather an online viewer i can watch whatever i feel like but not my family and somehow Humsafar getting the kind of response it deserve make me a proud fan of this actor Fawad Afzal Khan...Loving the whole frenzyy

So far Humsafar has not really caught on if u ask me as for Fawad he is already caught on long back with Zindagi Gulzar Hai in India. But too early to say how good the show really is because we have seen only 5epi's so far. Lets wait for the verdict when the show is in it's last stages. Even the romance is only just kicking off now in the show and since it is predominantly a love story. I don't think it is fair to judge too soon.
Even if it is a blockbuster in Pakistan not necessary it will be the same in India. People who are Fawad Fans will watch his show as keenly as any because they are more excited to see him. He looks good like usual.

Many people i have seen have switched to Zindgi because of its contents and where the whole family can watch without being embarrassed . People are watching other shows also and its just because of strong positive word of mouth . And people are tired of watching the never ending story which just goes on stretching like rubber with illogical new entries and turns . High time should be awakening from their deep sleep and stop taking viewers for granted . ZGH was more about the real life where as HS is love story with tribulations , ups and downs and beautifully directed . Not once Asher reminds you of Zaroon and thats Fawad Khan ,s achievement as an actor .

I m loving Humsafar...but still my most fav is ZGH

ZGH is just so close to our hearts...n fawad n Sanam chemistry is just fab...n most awesome

N still my fav is Zaroon

But I m waiting to watch more of HS as I m fan of this story of love after marriage ...n of cousre Fawad is the reason

Also till now I have not seen craze for HS among audience in Delhi but the love story just started so let's wait

i live in delhi and as per me, HS has caught on in just 5 epi...maj of family n freidns havent watched ZGH but are watching HS...

My family n friends r great fans ZGH

But only few of my friends n classmates r watching HS that too bcoz of Fawad

Whereas almost all girls of my class watched ZGH that too when we were not much aware abt FK

N I really think that the writer of this article should not have compared both the shows...

ZGH became hit on its own in India n even made Khoobsurat hit

Whereas humsafar is being promoted heavily n people r more aware about Fawad now in India
