I somehow feel that RAB maybe Snape . I am def sure that Snape is on Dumbledors side, this is also coz Dumbeldore inspite of everyones warning has always trusted Snape and supported him. In the half blood prince, it was very clear that Dumbeldore actaully asked Snape to kill him and also when Snape in anger shouts at Harry telling him " he wasnt a coward ".
I think RAB may actaully be snape, we all know him as SNNAPE, maybe he has another name to it.

Hmmmm..interesting!

Well as we all know Regulus Black's initials's are R.A.B. so if they translated his name into any other language they would still fit the initials on the note to Voldemort, but just in that language. I don't really think that it proves that R.A.B. is Regulus although I sure hope your right! Thank you for the interesting post.
