Ten things that make Kasauti

Hey everyone, these are the things that appear regularly in Kasauti and make it what it is today.

1. The Lal Dupatta: kasauti wouldnt be kasauti if this piece of cloth wasnt lehrayafying somewhere.(usually around prerna). This has to be the symbol of kasauti as it appears conveniently in every other episode especially when it has to be proven that Prerna still has feelings for Anurag. Or when someone is giving their loved one to someone else. (usually without the said loved one's consent)

2. Windchimes: These pieces of wood and metal have been blessed by Cupid (or maybe moloy basu). They are not only adept at telling when someone falls in love (love is the air my dear) but they can also symbolize when someone isnt in love (usually by shattering suddenly)

3. Unfullfiled Love stories: What would life be in kasauti if everyone married who they were supposed to. It really wouldnt be kasauti. As far as I can tell, the only people who actually lived out their love story and married their first love were Tushar and Doris. Otherwise it was the case of one loving and the other in love with someone else. Or maybe one was evil or a murderer. (bringing me to my next point)

4. Anurag's wives: Seriously, I mean one could have turned out nice, but no, they all desperately loved and then hated Anurag one after the other and then centred their whole lives around Prerna......😡 Sam had our hopes up but then wham she goes and shoots Mr. Bajaj.

5. Anu kay tiyakh. Seriously, the guy made one lousy mistake and didnt trust his wife and rejected his daughter and that too after seeing a DNA report but now he has to sacrifice something (usually a chance to be with his Prerna) over and over again. (Well I guess, its alright, people in kasauti do have trust issues. They tend to trust relative strangers/ renowned bad guys over their own family members)

6. Pamcheshwar: This is their unofficial "lets sleep together place". Our Prem was conceived here, Apurna and Anurag consummated their marriage here. Prem and Mukti..., I think Shravvan and Kasak too. I have always been curious about this place, who far away is it from Mumbai because sometimes they take planes and sometimes they just apparate out of thin air. And sometimes (my favourite)..... they are driving down and the car breaks down and they have to take shelter in a hotel which they own but still can only take one room......

7. Mother India: Prem deserved an award for giving this title to Prerna after meeting her only a couple of times. Seriously, at last count, she has ten kids. And then she refers to her grandkids as her children too. so thats make it like seventeen. Given the choice, she would adopt half the world. (hmm maybe anurag should get the title Mr. India for marrying half the world)

8."dus, nao, athe, sasath, chaye, paanch, chaaaar, teen, do........" so if you dont know how to count, kasauti will teach you. Poor Prerna, she was once naive to count, now she is haunted by its echoes forever.........(and speaking of which, does anurag really hear all the counting, everytime he moves away from Prerna)

9. Oh and speaking of haunted: Dying seems to be the favourite occupation after the "go to jail" and "get out of jail free" parts....I mean did anyone keep a sort of record of how many people die by falling off the kali mountain and then come back again. Yet next time someone falls from the same mountain, they get all worked up again and believe that he died.

10. And lastly, my favorite: The amazing love stories: Anurag, Prerna whose love story survived forty years of seperation and six marriages, yet all they have to do is play one AP scene and we get hooked all over again.😳 Prem and Mukti, who are unforgettable, the one couple all of us premikas are still in love with😉.... and Saksham and P2, whose love story reminds of the first two but yet remains so tantalizingly different........(I have got to hand it to kasauti, they do love stories better than anyone

Disclaimer: This was not meant to insult Kasauti Zindagi Kay and its fans. I like the show too. So dont take it too seriously........

lol for this ofcourse sam is going to be bad cause if sam isnt bad then prerna and anurag wont be together and they will at the end of the serial anurag and prerna will be together..its obviouse..there eachothers pehla pyarr😳

apne family members par vishwas karna to bahut dur ki baat hai kasauti ke main chracters apne deemag bhi use nahin karetin
80 80 saal ke ho gaye par zindgi ka tajurba hi nahin hai apni kasautiyon se bhi sabak nahin letein
inke upar to kahawat bhi fit nahin baithti ki dhoop mein baal safed nahin huye
beecharon ko tazurba kahan se hoga inke to baal abhi tak kale hai

let's add number 11: no one ever ages in this serial. they are stuck at 30 even after their grandchildren are nearing 20.

This serial has really got me addicted..It seems boring sometimes, but new love stories makes it more interesting😕. And I agree with everyone, Ekta moves it on 20 years, but Prerna looks the same; moreover, she started dressing up better than before 😆 Grandma's should look older than their grand daugthers😕

You have summed KZK up so well! 👏 I couldn't agree more. Just why are all Anu's wives so evil? And you're right about the KZK love stories - they rock like no other show! I mean who will ever forget Anu-Prerna or Prem-Mukti? And Saksham-P2 are just as brilliant as the first two couples.
