Rima Os- Dare to Love you.

The bottle rotated and finally came to a stop in Rk's direction. He smirked and replied looking up with complete confidence "Dare." His friends smiled and started discussing a dare for him while he just watched them. Rk, one word said it all. He was the heart throb of SM college...the most popular guy whom every girl wanted. His friends finally looked up at him and Ria said "You see that girl? You have to make her fall in love with you in 7 days. And if you fail to do so...then..." She finished with a smirk and Rk looked behind at the girl smiling. She had her back faced towards Rk. She wore a pink shirtdress and her hair was tied up in a high pony.

He smirked at his friends and then walked up to the girl. He patted on her shoulder and she turned to face him. The world stopped for a minute. The laughs of his friends, the chirping of birds...everything seemed to be stopped. He looked into her eyes. She was beautiful...her cheeks had a natural blush...and she had big brown eyes which had a beautiful sparkle in them, her lips were rose red and her hair was a rich shade of mahogany... she looked like a perfect porcelain doll. He was mesmerized by her beauty. Just then her bell like voice brought him back to senses. "Uh...actually, I am new here...So, can you show me the way to the class?" She asked smiling sweetly. He asked her the class and realized that they were in the same class. He smirked and looked at her. "We both are in the same class. So...come I will take you there." He said with a smile and they started walking. Just then Rk looked behind at his friends and smirked evilly while his friends chuckled. "So, You're new here huh?" Rk asked and she nodded. "Actually my family just shifted here." She said. He nodded. "But you have missed a lot...what about that?" He asked. She frowned and replied "I don't know...I am really very late and I need to cover up. I don't know anyone here...and so I don't know whom to ask help from." Rk smiled and said "But now you know me...you can ask me." He said shrugging and she looked at him. "You mean you would help me?" She asked shocked. "I can. I can give you my notes if you want." He said casually. "Really? Thank you so much ...uh...I don't know your name." She said giggling. "Rk." He said and held out his hand. She held out her hand meeting his and replied "Rk? Strange name. I am Madhu." She said smiling and he smiled back. They entered the class and she grabbed the 4^th seat of the second row. He sat besides her taking her by shock. "You don't mind, do you?" He asked smiling cheekily. She shook her head blushing. He stared at her. "Beautiful." He whispered in a daze. She instantly looked up and looked at him. He looked down and just smiled.

The lecture began and she paid complete attention to the lecturer. She had always been a bright student, and now, as she had already missed a lot, she wanted to pay complete attention to her studies. Rk, on the other side was in his own thoughts. He was busy thinking of a strategy of making Madhu full in love with him. "What should I do? Looking at her, it doesn't seem that she is amongst those bimbos who would die for my one talk. So, what shall I do? And I have just a matter of 7 days. Hmm...maybe if I help her then she would get a bit close to me. Wait...even I don't have the notes. Then how will I help her? Damn Rk. Why don't you complete your notes?" Rk thought and banged his fist on the bench gaining everyone attention. "Rishabh? What are you doing?" The professor asked sternly. "Its RK sir...not Rishabh. R.K" he said emphasizing each word. "Get out Kundra." The professor said and he quickly made his way out of the classroom while everyone chuckled. Rk walked up to the library and caught hold of a nerdy boy. "Hey you come here." Rk called out. The boy adjusted his specks and looked around to see if Rk was calling him or somebody else. "Yes you. Come I said." Rk said boldly. The boy started walking towards him and stood in front of Rk. "I need your notes." He said. The boy was shocked. "Why?" He asked hesitantly. "Excuse me? You are asking me a question? Don't you know who I am?" Rk asked raising his eyebrow with lot of attitude. He snatched away the notes from the boy and made his way out of that place. The bell rang and it was break now. He was on the way to canteen when he saw Madhu. Grabbing the opportunity he walked up to her. "Hey." He said smiling. "Hi."

"So...what happened in the lecture?" He asked. "Nothing much. It was quite boring." She said putting her books in her bag while walking. "I got notes for you." He said handing over the notes to her. She looked at the notes and then looking up at him she asked "These are yours?" Rk got puzzled for a moment. But then he replied with full confidence. "Of course." "Impressive." She said with a smile. "So...lets go have something in the canteen." He said and she nodded.

"Don't you think those guys are staring at us?" Madhu asked sipping the coke. Rk looked behind and saw his gang chuckling and laughing looking at them. He shook his head negatively and turned back to Madhu. "I don't think so. They are talking amongst themselves. And if you still think that they are staring at you, then that maybe because you are new here." He said making up a quick excuse and she nodded in agreement.

Next Day.

Madhu walked into the college wearing a simple pearl blue knee length dress. She was looking beautiful as always. Everyone was looking at her. Though she felt quite uncomfortable due to the stares, she continues walking confidently. Rk's gang was standing at the corner near the basketball club. Madhu was walking while adjusting her notes and she didn't see any one of them. Suddenly Sultan, one of Rk's friend put his leg in between and Madhu was about to fall down. But she never met the ground. A strong muscular pair of hands encircled around her waist and prevented her from falling. She slowly opened her eyes and met with a pair of deep brown, chocolaty eyes. She was lost in them when he made her stand properly. "Uh...Thanks." She muttered and immediately and ran away from there to avoid the chuckles of Rk's friends.

Rk glared at his friends and said "You guys are gonna screw my plan. " He ran behind Madhu while his friends giggled. "Hey Madhu, wait." He said running. Madhu stopped and looked behind. The two started walking together and he said "I am sorry for that." "So they are your friends huh?" She asked. "Um..kind of." He said slowly. She didn't reply but just continued walking. They walked into the classroom and he sat beside her. The professor entered and everyone got quite. "So students...I am gonna give you all an assignment. You will be given a partner and you have to submit this assignment in 10 days. Here's the bowl...you guys have to pick up a chit in which the name of your partner will be written. So,best of luck." He finished. Everyone started picking up chits. Finally Rk walked up to the table and removed a chit out. He opened the chit and the name written inside made him smirk. He didn't read the name instead displayed it to the whole class. Every eye was on Madhu. He went back and sat beside her. Madhu was staring at him while he was looking straight. From the corner of his eyes he clould see that she was looking at him. Finally he looked at her and asked "So, Happy?" She just shrugged and replied "Maybe..." "Maybe?" Hmm...maybe." She said looking into her book and he fumed. "Who the hell is she? I mean...if it would be any other girl then she would have surely gone mad. But Madhu...she is reacting just so cold. I guess making her fall for me is not gonna be that easy. " He thought and looked at her.

The lecture got over and the professor walked out of the classroom. Everyone started leaving. Madhu was just about to get up when Rk said, "I need your phone no." She looked at him confused "Why?" "Because..we are working on this assignment together...so what if something comes up?" He said cleverly. She nodded in agreement and gave him her phone number.

Later that evening.

Her phone beeped. It said 1 NEW MESSAGE. "So when are we gonna start with the work?" Rk. She quickly saved his number and typed. "I don't know. You decide. "What about right now?" He replied. "Right now? How?" She texted shocked. "Hmm...maybe I could come there." He said. "There's no one home. So...lets start tomorrow." She replied. "Ahh...thats good. We can work in peace then. And there are just 10 days. So I guess we should hurry." He replied. "Um...ok then. I will text you my address." Madhu texted.

About half and hour later the door bell rang and she ran to open it. It was Rk..as expected. She moved a bit and gave him way to enter. Rk admired her beauty. She was wearing a plain white shirt and shorts. But she looked beautiful. "You look beautiful." He said. She blushed and whispered a thanks'. They walked up to her bedroom and he sat on her bed. "so...what are we gonna start with?" He asked. "Hmm..I guess we should start with research first." She said and he nodded. She started gathering information while he just sat there admiring her. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. He had seen many hotties ...but Madhu...she was different. She was not like all those girls who would die to get a smile from me. Should I do this to her? I mean...suppose, if she falls in love with me, then what next? What will I tell her? That it was just a stupid dare and I don't love her? I mean ..i do like her but not LOVE. It's a big word man! How can I love her? Wait...i wanst supposed to be thinking about love...what I should be thinking right now is ...whether I should do this or not. Hmm...maybe I shouldn't...she is just too innocent. But then what about my image? It will all be ruined. And it was me who accepted the dare...and now I cant step back. Yes, I will do it. And she is just another girl...I mean, not exactly another girl...but I have met her just yesterday and then it doesn't matter." He thought. He looked at her. She was still busy with the laptop. "What should my next move be? I have reached her house...but its gonna be real hard to reach her heart. I cant close onto her now. I mean its just to early, especially for her, so what should I do? Maybe I should just help her. That can improve our friendship." He thought. "You must be tired. Let me help." He said taking away the laptop from her hands. His fingers brushed her hand and their eyes interlocked. Suddenly he looked away and she blinked her eyes twice "What the heck? What was that? What is this alien feeling in the pit of my stomach? Urgh...concentrate Madhu..concentrate." she reminded herself and watched him work.

It was almost 9 and he got up. They walked towards the entrance door. "So...meet you tomorrow then." He said. She nodded with a smile. "Uh...good night." He said. "Good night." She replied with a smile. "Do it Rk Do it. You can do this. You have don't this many times. You can do it." He thought and immediately hugged her. She stiffened and he closed his eyes. "She is gonna slap you now. I am damn sure. Shall I pull away. No No No. I cant...If I have huged her already then I guess that I should wait for her reaction. And anyways THAPPAD SE DARR NAHI LAGTA SAHAB...AUR PYAAR MUJHE HOGA NAHI." He thought an chuckled mentally. Just then her hands reached upto his back and she reciprocated. His eyes flew open. He could feel her warm breath on his shoulder. The smell of her perfume was driving him crazy. Before he could go any further he pulled away and said "Bye." And without waiting for her reply he walked away leaving her in a daze.

The next day.

She was walking towards the class while checking her messages. Suddenly she ran into someone. "Sorr..." She spoke while looking up and saw Rk. He was looking drop dead gorgeous...just like the Greek God of looks. Her heard started pounding against her chest. Just when she thought he couldn't get any hotter, he smiled making his eyes twinkle and her conclusion rip into shreds. Then catching her breath she said "Sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going. Sorry. " She stuttered. He smiled and replied "Don't be. That's fine." she looked into his eyes. His eyes seemed to sink into hers. Her heart fluttered as though it was a butterfly trying to escape. But the amazing thing was that even though it was breath taking, she loved that feeling. She wanted to jump and scream as though a bubbly volcano had erupted. He was still staring into her eyes..hey wait...he was saying something. But it was so difficult for her to concentrate. She closed her eys and opened them in a minute or two. "I am sorry. Actually I was thinking about something." She said looking away. e chuckled and took her hand in his and walked. "That's ok. I was asking if I could come ta your home at the same time like yesterday." He asked and she nodded looking at their interlocked hands. The feeling of his hand under hers felt heavenly. She looked at him and he had a pleasant smile on his face. Her lips automatically curved into a smile seeing him.

The college bell rang and bidding her goodbye he started walking. He didn't know what he was feeling...what he knew was that it felt good...nothing seemed wrong. What he did today...was not planned. It just happened on the spur of the moment. But he wasn't this..he was different. He didn't care about anyone ...girls felt for him...not he. Then why did he feel that magic when he touched her? Why does he want to be a complete different man with her? He closed his eyes and shook his head vigorously trying to control himself. He had to do it, no matter what. And he will do it.

6:00 pm.

They were sitting on her bed. She was working on the laptop while she was scribbling down a few important things she asked him to write. But his mind was somewhere else. After about a few minutes she looked at him and saw him blankly staring at the book. She shook her head negatively and hit his head with the pen in her hand "What are you doing dumbo? Stop wasting time." She said looking at the book. Then she looked up and met his eyes. He was looking at her. She scrunched her eyebrows. "What's that look?" She asked. His hand slowly travelled towards her face and her eyes followed him. He gently tucked her hair behind her ear and caressed her face. Bending towards her, he placed a soft, gentle kiss on her cheek. Her eyes closed feeling his lips on her cheek. He moved away and her eyes shot open. "Uh...I...I will get some snacks." She said blushing and ran away.

"What the hell am I doing? I mean...this is the way which can make her fall for me. But why is it just happening like that? Why don't I have to think before it? What is happening? I have touched so many girls...kissed so many girls..then why this alien feeling? Why do I feel as if everything I feel is completely different?" Rk thought to himself frustrated. Just then Madhu walked inside with a tray of snacks and some juice. She kept it on my lap and sat beside him. Keeping the books aside he said "Uh...actually I wanted to ask you something." She looked at him and nodded sipping her juice. "Actually...there's a party at my house tomorrow. So...will you...uh..come?" He asked. "Uh...Rk...actually...I don't know." She said looking down. "Uh...ok. That's fine." He said and got up. "You're going?" She asked getting up. "Yeah. Its quite late I guessed." He said and looked into his watch. "Hmm." She replied in a low tone. "I will see you then." He said and started moving. She looked down sad. Her eyes were just about to fill with tears when he turned back and planted a kiss on her forehead and left. She smiled softly and sighed..

Next Day.

The morning sunlight peaked in through the window waking her up. It was Sunday...no college. She yawned and had a look at the watch. 10:00 it read. She got up and walked up to the kitchen to have breakfast. There was a sticky note on the fridge. I AND YOUR MOM ARE GOING OUT FOR A PARTY. WILL BE PACK LATE IN THE NIGHT. YESTERDAY YOU WERE SLEEPING WHEN WE CAME. SO DIDN'T WAKE YOU UP. TAKE CARE - DAD. She read the note and frowned. Her mom dad never had time for her. They were always busy with their business or their parties. She always yearned for their love, but they were least bothered about her. When she was little, she used to be alone at home most of the times. And now, staying alone doesn't matter- even if it would be forever. Coz she had become used to it. She opened the fridge and had some cornflakes. She then ran into her bathroom and had a quick shower.

At Kundra Mansion.

He was sitting on the couch reading a magazine. Everyone were running around decorating the mansion. Everyone's hearts were filled with joy. It was the success party of Rk's dad. But Rk was sitting alone in his room. He was upset...upset over the fact that Madhu wasnt coming. All his friends were gonna come. Its shouldn't have mattered much to him if Madhu wasn't coming...but it did matter. He took his laptop and searched Madhu's name on FaceBook. Finally he found her profile. Madhubala Malik, it read. He caressed her image on the screen and gently closed his eyes. "Why am I feeling this? Am I ...in...Love? Like...seriously LOVE?" He thought to himself.

"Rishu..all the preparations are done. Come see." Radha said patting on his shoulder bringing him out of thoughts. He nodded and walked down with her. He looked around. The whole mansion was decorated with orchids and white ribbons. He smiled seeing the decorations and showed a Thumbs Up' to his mom. "Its perfect." He whispered. Radha smiled. Just then his phone rang and he picked it up without seeing the caller ID. "Hello." "Hey." Madhu said shocking him. "Damn! Why the hell don't I put the habit of checking the caller ID before picking up?" He thought biting his tongue. "Haan Madhu." He said. "Uh...actually, I called to ask, at what time is the party?" She asked hesitantly. "It's in the eve. At 6. Why?" Rk asked confused. "Uh...actually, I was thinking...if I can still come?" She asked slowly. "You're coming?" He asked surprised. "Yeah...I am kinda free." She said smiling. "Thank you so much Madhu. I will pick you up." He said smiling. "Thanks." And she hung up smiling.

"Oh my god! She is coming! She is coming Mom." He said twisting his mom and pulling her out for a dance. "Wait wait...Slow down. Who is coming?" She asked matching his steps. "Who is coming? No one is coming. What are you talking about Mom?" Rk asked acting innocent. Radha smile and pulled rk's cheek and said "I know everything beta. After all I am your mother." Rk looked down with embarrassment and ran towards his room.

It was 5. He knocked on her door and realized that it was already open. "Careless." He muttered and walked towards Madhu's room. He pushed the door and entered. "Madhu. How can you be so careless.?You left the main door..."she turned before he would continue further and his breath caught up in his throat. She was wearing a black gown. Her hair fell over one shoulder, and her lips were curved into a breath taking smile. It seemed as if she was an angel who just descended from heaven. Rk felt dizzy looking at her. She was looking drop dead gorgeous. He was getting turned on seeing her perfect hour glass figure. She looked immensely hot as well as beautiful at the same time. She smirked and raised her brow evilly and he immediately turned his gaze while she chuckled. "So...do I look ok?" She asked looking at her reflection in the mirror. "No...there's something lacking." He said moving towards her. "What?" She asked looking at him through the mirror. He stood just behind her and said "Close your eyes." "Why?" She asked. "Please." He said sweetly and she immediately closed her eyes. He then made her wear a beautiful diamond pendant and she opened her eyes. She softly smiled and touched the pendant "This is so beautiful Rk." She said softly. "Not more than you." He said making her blush. He then held her hand and took her to car.

They soon reached Kundra Mansion. He got down from the car and went to open the door of her side. He held out his hand to her and she held it and got down. While entering her grip on his hand tightened and he looked at her. "What happened?" He asked. "I am afraid." She whispered. "For what Madhu?" He asked lovingly. "There will be so many people inside...and I don't even know them. What if you leave me in the middle?" She asked looking down. "I will never leave you princess. I promise. And I promise you will enjoy." He said with a smile. She smiled and nodded. They then walked into the mansion. The lights were dim. Everybody was already present there. Suddenly the spotlight fell upon her and she closed her eyes in a reflex. All eyes were on her now. Rk held her waist protectively and they walked towards Radha. "Where are we going?" She asked. "The lady who is smiling, she is my mom." Rk said smiling. "Namaste aunty." Madhu said and Radha smiled. "How are you beta?" She asked lovingly. "I am fine aunty." Madhu replied with a smile. Then Radha excused herself and went away. "She is so sweet." Madhu said turning towards Rk while he smiled. The music started and all were dancing. He extended his hand "Dance?" He asked. "Rk..I don't..." She said but he cut her off in the middle and said "Please?" She smiled at his puppy dog face and gave her hand in his.

They went on the dance floor. He encircled his arms around her waist while she rested her hands on his shoulder. Their bodies moved with the music. He moved her about in circles and her back hit his masculine chest. She could feel his hot breath on her shoulders. Their closeness was sending chills down her spine. He brushed his lips on her shoulder and turned her around. He cupped her face and closed onto her. He gently placed his lips upon hers into a soft kiss. The lights were dim and nobody could see them kissing. Soon the kiss turned into a passionate kiss filled with hunger. Rk's tongue entered Madhu's mouth and they danced together in perfect rhythm. His grip around her waist tightened and she travelled her hand in his hair. The lights suddenly came and they immediately parted. They looked everywhere except at each other. He travelled his fingers through his hair trying to control himself. The party soon ended and Rk decided to drop Madhu home. He stopped the car outside her house. She was just about to leave when he held her hand. She turned back and faced him. "Uh...what happened today was..um..I think...uh...I think I am in love with you Madhu." He said and she looked up at him in shock. "You love me?" She asked. He nodded and she instantly hugged him. "I love you too Rk. I love you so much" She said hugging him tighter. He hugged back and smiled softly. He placed a soft kiss on her forehead and said "You should go now." She nodded and opened the door of the car. Just before getting down she turned towards him and pecked him on his lips "Good night." She said with a sweet smile and ran away leaving Rk smiling.

Next Day.

She walked into the college and saw Rk talking to some people in a corner. She started walking towards them and saw his gang talking to him. She quickly hid behind the pillar and tried to hear what they were speaking. "So you completed your dare huh?" A boy asked. "Hats off dude. You seriously are awesome...you really got that girl head over heels in love with you. " Another boy said shocking Madhu. "This means...this was all a dare? He...he doesn't love me? This was all a joke? No..no..this..this cant be the truth." Madhu's eyes filled with tears. And she sat down on the floor. Rk walked away from beside her not noticing her. Just then he turned and looked at Madhu in horror. She was looking pale and tears made their way through her eyes. He immediately ran towards her. "Madhu...Madhu what you heard wasn't true..I..I love you Madhu. Trust me..Trust me please." He said and took her hand in his. She immediately took away her hand and moved away "Don't. Don't touch me." She said. "Madhu...Maduh please don't do this. I swear I didn't want to do this to you...but I had to...but...but I really love you Madhu. Please don't hate me." He said with tears in his eyes. "I don't care whether you love me or not Rk. What I care about is that you broke my trust, I hate you. I hate you rk." She said getting up and ran away from there leaving Rk. The lecture began but rk wasn't found anywhere. And she hardly cared right now.

The lecture got over and she started moving towards the canteen. She sat on a seat and ordered a sandwich. After a matter of about 10 minutes the waiter came and served her the sandwich. A heart was drawn of the place with sauce and inside it was written SORRY. She left the sandwich untouched and walked out of the canteen. Suddenly she dashed into someone. She looked up irritated and saw a boy holding out a bouquet out for her. He handed her the bouquet and went away. He looked at the bouquet and saw a note amongst the flowers. She read it PLEASE FORGIVE ME. I LOVE YOU. She smiled softly but then controlling her feelings she started walking.

The lectures soon got over and everyone started leaving. She walked out of the classroom. Suddenly someone pulled her aside. "Ouch." She yelled and looked up angrily. It was Rk. He took out a cute little teddybear which he had hidden behind his bag. She looked into his eyes. He gently caressed her cheek and said "I love you Madhu. I am really very sorry. Forgive me please." Madhu looked at him and asked "Why did you do this Rk?" A tear escaped her eye. He immediately wiped it away and said "Please don't cry baby. I know I was wrong. I was so mad then..but then I fell in love with you. I swear everything I did was real Madhu. I was myself in front of you...and not that guy which I act of being. Please trust me Madhu...just once." He said looking down. She instantly hugged him "I love you Rk. Please don't do this again...please." She said crying. He hugged her back and said "I promise. Now stop crying." He said wiping away her tears. She smiled and he planted a soft kiss on her forehead. They then walked hand in hand towards his car. He looked at her and said "I love you." she smiled and said "I know."

Ps. I know the ending seems incomplete...but i was completely blank at tht time...i can give awesome ends to tragic.. 🤣 .but romantic 🤢 ANyways ...u can think for urself n decide wat happens nxt ...lmao 🤣
