Suddenly the characters of Jodha Akbar have a new energy and that is again due to the mood of Akbar. He has buried his son, he has hardened his heart and now the 'jallad' is purported to be back. This usually means a ruthlessness fueled by pleas of mercy...at least that was the Jalal this show started with. But this Jalal has Jodha - a different Jalal very definitely. Oh how hard he is trying to distance her and keep her close at the same time. Such conflict of soul is what's producing a hatred for life but this too will pass. Blaming God is the easy part, seeing Jodha is the difficult part.

Gulbadan Begum has woken up enough and is trying to get Ruqqaiya to stay quiet for five minutes. Hamida has decided that her Jodha's sadma needs everybody to start speaking their lines and taking some simple decisions. Salima Begum finally told Ruqqaiyya that the tragedies could have been averted maybe if she hadn't decided to umm...make impulsive decisions calculated to insult and hurt Jodha at every turn. The result is a very empty Ruqqaiya clutching at nothing now. Once Ruqqaiya was told some home truths, she recovered and three years later she's solidly part of the harem albeit closely escorted by Salima and Hamida. This is what Jalal's Jallad-ness can achieve.

Jodha gave us a voice over explanation of the JJ relationship. They pass each other, they stop, she does a silent pranam and he manages to not make eye contact before walking on. A whole chapter of their lives has finished and now they are still turning a page. Jalal doesn't know how long to take with that turn, he is searching for answers and he is filling the void with war plans. Jodha is watching him warily, knowing that his blaming Mohabbat is not going to work, but then she has no answers either. Anuchit endeavours in her book are necessary measures in his book. Are they reading the same book?

Hamida decides to break the deadlock. She orders Moti to bring the pooja thali and orders Jodha to behave like Jalal's wife. It's war on all fronts. What kind of an epiphany will Jalal have this time. What kind of a realisation will keep Jodha by his side. What new JJ will emerge.

They are reading the same book just interpretation is different that is all .

Wow Pals ...so same book? Wonderful that you confirmed. Coz I'm a bit unsure. 😆

so I am doing a VM to clear the confusion in me.😆 ... always a solution.

oh right 3 weeks ... 3 years...3 something. Thanks morsal cute.

A leap of some sort out of mourning and a transition is where this is at and it's at a good point. Some speed in the walking of Jalal is needed even if the years haven't speeded by.

if jalal took 3 yes for transition then he is really slow ,snail pace 😆

Anu,

Sindhu told me that somebody had called zee and was informed that there was no 3 years leap .Now it's Ok.Because for me ,I couldn't see Jo suffering for three years for no fault of hers.

And if they are really showing this three years leap then I salute the strength and courage of this woman.Because she has not only lost her own kids but on one hand her husband is not on talking terms with her and on the other hand ,Ruku is accusing her.This would have made anybody insane but she still is normal and very much in Agra and still she loves him.I appreciate her dedication to her man.Because for any mother to be accused for killing her own kids is devastating.Motherhood is a very sensitive issue for women and when that very motherhood is questioned by somebody then that woman would feel ,like Sita the ground beneath her should split open and Mother Earth should take her away from this harsh world.But Jo has survived all these accusations only because somewhere she has faith that he still loves her and will come back to her one day.She knows though it might take years for him but he will come to her as she is his destination.Only in her arms he is going to get peace and warmth.

Only in her arms he will get sound sleep which he must have lost after that dreadful night.

This tornado called " Jallad" Jalal which builds up suddenly and then calms down after sometime can only be handled by Jo and not by any Ruku or Fuku.

It takes a strong heart to love but it takes even a stronger heart to continue to love even when it's hurt.I know our Jo has it.
