He is not doing anything to do them that he is not doing to the other team. Designating task, asking them to clean or cook. Switch with sevaks. So if anyone feels he is targeting this particular group then it is only because they got away with having their way for so long that even little tasks that don't sit well with them seem like outrageous demands.
