This story starts after Sehan break up. Seher leaves rehans guest house according to rehans wish.
Sunheri was totally shaken. She doesn't know what to do. First time in her life she had some one who loved her. Who took care of her & who was concerned for her. For the first time in her life she loved someone whom she dreamed about. She wanted to start a normal life with him. But with in a second all her dreams got shattered. She was going to reveal about her past to Rehan. But fate once again played a cruel game with her. Before she could reveal about her past it came Infront of Rehan in a bad way. For the first time in her life she felt bad for someone. She felt guilty to break rehans heart. Rehan doesn't deserve this. He has already faced so much in his life. Now she too became a lie in his life. After all this will Rehan ever be able to trust anyone in his life? She walking aimlessly in the road. Her thoughts were filled with Rehan. His painful face.
Ahil is really confused. He don't know why his life had got complicated when he was about to settle down. He couldn't stay back in his house. He can't see sanam's painful face. He can't say lies to her. So he thought to go & visit the kohinoor hotel site. For the first time in his life he has loved someone from the bottom of his heart. Someone has accepted him even after knowing his past. But his ammi's reminder has shaken him. In a way his ammi is right. He is not perfect as sanam. If he gets closer to her only he will hurt her. But when he tries to go away from her why it's paining? Why he feels he is again hurting her? He was so lost in sanam's thoughts. He was driving really fast. He was not concentrating on the road. Suddenly he lost his control when a car from opposite came & he twisted his car & in a fraction of a second his car hit a lady who was walking in that side of road. Ahil was really shocked. He has hit his car on some women. He opened the car. He went towards the women. She was covered in pool of blood. He went near her.
Ahil: excuse me.
She was not responding. He understood she is unconscious. Her face was covered with her hair. Her removed her hair from the face. He got shock of his life. Sanam! It's his sanam? No how is it possible? Sanam is in house. Also sanam won't wear modern dresses like jeans & denims. He took her to his car. He has to hospitalise her ASAP.
Ahil took the lady to near by hospital. He really can't understand who is this girl who is a look alike of sanam? Can she be related to sanam? But how is it possible? She has only her badi ammi & haya. He needs to call sanam. May be she can figure out who is this girl?
Ahil decided to call sanam.
Sanam too was really worried as ahil left with our saying anything after the signing stopped. She was really surprised when she received ahil's call.
Sanam: ahil where are you? I really need to talk to you. Something really important.
Ahil: sanam please listen. You need to come to city hospital immediately.
Sanam: ahil hospital? Are you ok?
Ahil: sanam I am perfectly fine. Please it's an emergency.
Sanam: ok fine. I am coming.
Within an hour sanam reached hospital. Sanam was revealed after seeing ahil. She was worried even though ahil said he is perfectly fine. Ahil briefly defined that his car met with an accident & a girl was hurt because of that. He took sanam to the window glass of icu. Sanam was literally shocked to see her mirror image. How is it possible? She gasped & closed her eyes. She saw two kids who look alike sitting & playing. Her badi ammi coming near them & giving dolls. She also remembered her moms chain where a image of two look alike kids. When she saw the locket she thought it was her own image but seeing this girl doubts starts seeding in her mind. Does she have a sister who is her look alike? If so why she is unaware of it? Badi ammi too have not mentioned about this to her. But her badi ammi has hidden many things from her. She mentioned that her parents died in a car accident. But recently she found out it was a planned murder & also she found her parents stuffs from Ibrahim mansion. But how will she know this girl is related to her or not.
Sanam cleared her doubt with ahil. Ahil too was shocked. Can this girl be sanam's sister? He too have seen the picture in her moms locket.
Ahil: sanam there only one way to clear this doubt.
Sanam: how?
Ahil: DNA test.
Sanam: what?
Ahil: ha only DNA test can clear our doubts. Now you both are here in hospital we can get it done. Only a drop of blood or one hair strand is needed to prove it. Some legal formalities are there. I will handle it.
Almost in the midnight doctors have said that the girl is out of danger. But still she is kept under observation for 24 hrs since her head has been injured.
Next day
In the morning ahil worked on all legal formalities for the DNA test. Sanam was in turmoil. One side hers & ahil's relationship is still in danger & other side she has seen a girl who looks exactly like her. Whom she is suspecting that she could be her sister.
Ahil wanted to get a clear image of this total humshakal thing. He knew sanam's parents were Bhopal based & sanam too was born in Bhopal. After her parents death she has moved to Punjab along with her badi ammi. Ahil has called his pa & asked him to find out about hospitals present in Bhopal 22yrs back & also to find out about mrs. Zoya asad Ahmed khans delivery details 22 yrs back. Records will be there.
Sanam's & the girls hair samples were taken for DNA test. Only in the evening they will get the report.
Also the girl is still unconscious.
In the evening
Sanam was impatiently waiting for the DNA test. Ahil has gone to collect the result. When ahil came with the report sanam ran towards her.
Sanam: ahil what's in the report?
Ahil didn't say anything. He had tears in his eyes.
Sanam: ahil please say something.
He gave the file to her. Sanam opened the file.
DNA test result was positive!
Sanam was astonished. File fell down from her hands. The girl inside the icu is her sister.
Ahil understood sanam is still shocked. He went & holded her.
Ahil: sanam she is your sister. See this
Ahil's pa has sent the picture of sanam's ammi's delivery record.
She took ahil's mobile from him.

So the girl inside the icu is her twin sister seher Ahmed khan!
Where were she up to these years? Does she know about all these?
Ahil was consoling sanam. He could understand sanam's emotions.
Inside icu
The duty nurse saw the patient opening her eyes. She went to call the doctor. Doctor came to attend the patient.
Doctor: hello mam how do you feel now.
Lady: I am fine now doctor. Head is paining a bit.
Doctor: mam you met with a road accident.
Lady: accident? How? I can't remember anything.
Doctor chuckled. She can't remember about the accident.
Doctor: mam what's your name?
Lady: name? My name? What's my name? Doctor I can't remember my name! How is it possible? What happened to me?
Doctor: mam please relax. It's under the shock. Every thing will be fine. Please don't stress yourself.
Doctor to nurse: sister please arrange a ct scan for the patient immediately.
Nurse: ok doctor.
After some time
Ahil & sanam was called inside the doctors cabin.
Doctor: please take your seats mrs & mr. Ibrahim.
Sanam & ahil sat in front of doctor.
Doctor: I want to talk about the patient.
Sanam: how is my sister doctor? Is ok? Is there any problem?
Doctor: see mrs. Ibrahim in the accident yours sister had head injury & because of that she had deep injury inside the brain.
Ahil: what do you mean doctor?
Doctor: your sister is suffering from amnesia!
Ahil & sanam: what?

This story is dedicated to virman fan of IF. She wanted me to write a story were seher meets sahil after Sehan break up. I should have been posting this story last weak. But I was really busy. Sorry the delay.
