There was a contrast drawn today. It was between Arzoo's father and stepmother with Alvira and Zaki. On one hand Arzoo's father and step-mother are trying to kick them out of their out of their own house in gratification for their ego. On the other side Zaki, Alvira and to some extent even Saahir were fighting to keep Arzoo in the house. Zaki was right it was friendships that was proven to be a even stronger relationship than the one of blood she shares with her father as he couldn't really provide anything for her and isn't the least bit apologetic about it. Hence Arzoo's line to Alvira "Aap ne humare liye woh kiye hai jo hamare apne bhi nahi kar paye"
I am really starting to like Zaki as a character. After Arzoo's family it is him who really adds the light moments to the show. So I really don't want him to be left heart broken. I hope they introduce someone new for him eventually who he will fall for. Perhaps one of Arzoo's sisters will be a suitable match.
Coming to Saahir I like him too. He respects his elders like Alvira or Aapa sometimes regardless of whether their even right. He even softens up around his brother. He easily forgave him for ruining the fashion show. (IMO sometimes towards Arzoo he is even shown to be quite leniet, putting up with window seat nonsense, imli and phone abuse.) The only place where his stern side shows up is with work as he is adamant about his rules and unbending. He doesn't seem to mix emotion with work as he didn't soften up knowing his employee was a single mom whose son had a birthday. This was even more evident the day he burnt the factory down. Oh yeah and Joe too is scared of him. Lol!
Arzoo def takes after her Grandmother!
Great post! And very nice collages!

Hi Sush ,
Thanks for opening a post . Plz check your PM 😃I can just about imagine the shift from Gone Girl to Kurti Aapa 😆 I loved the book posting few quotes ..."There's a difference between really loving someone and loving the idea of her."
Gillian Flynn , Gone Girl"Love makes you want to be a better man. But maybe love, real love, also gives you permission to just be the man you are."
Gillian Flynn , Gone Girl"People love talking, and I have never been a huge talker. I carry on an inner monologue, but the words often don't reach my lips."Gillian Flynn , Gone GirlDid the show really need another character when in few weeks most of them will not be seen anyways . Some things never change . I loved the dargah scene was tempted to make a collage then thought would look like a repeat from yesterday . Was definitely happy to see Zaki 😃Will come back to add more thoughts ...Will be on a call in next ten min .
