Just witnessed the precap and it was very shameful to see Diandra get physical with Sonali. While I understand that the contestants do get carried away in the heat of the moment, what was actually depicted was indeed shameful and yes it is Physical Abuse and Assault.
We witnessed three weeks of drama over and over again for one verbal abuse that Gautam was involved with. Karishma went totally ballistic, housemates treated him like an untouchable, arya and upen kept explaining gautam about respecting women, the girl gang spoke over and over about women empowerment etc .. it was all about respecting women right ???
So now will Big Boss please man up and take a stand, if Big boss really wants its viewers to feel that the show is unscripted and unbiased then Diandra should be evicted. if this is the rule of the big boss house then all contestants should be following it and the penalty applies to everyone.
Just because Sonali might not have been seriously injured does not mean that the violent action from Diandra is not physical abuse, it definitely is and she should pay a heavy price for her actions.
Big Boss only shows his might over Puneet or weaker contestants, in real situations such as this we dont get to see big boss cracking the whip.
In the previous seasons, Pooja Mishra was evicted for pushing a contestant, Kushal was evicted for grabbing andy by the neck, Sophia filed a police complaint against armaan for similar reasons as well.
So if the same is not followed this season, then its evident that the future seasons will definitely have lesser and lesser followers as the core essence of the show is becoming stale and compromised.
I'm sure there are many people with a good understanding of the law watching the show and may not hesitate taking public petitions forward as abuse or physical assault meted out to fellow contestants is just not justified.
