Charu, the one consistent thing about Ruqs is that she will spill the beans herself - and once Hussein dies, she will be so upset in having lost her ticket to power that she will definitely tell it all - and all Jalal has to do is threaten her and she will loose her confidence.
As for being directly responsible for Hassan's death - no she is not since she did not give that ark to impact the child - she did not expect it to happen (atleast that is what I think) - she took Hussein away becoz she knew Jodha would become affected by the drug and thus may not care for the babies well and she wanted to show that while Hassan was not being well taken care of by the real mother, Hussein was by the step - mother - the fact that Hassan died in the bargain is what has sent her into paranoia as she suspects that it most probably was a side effect of the ark and she is afraid both for Hussein and herself
