Toshiji aka Mrs. Omprakash Bhalla has been in London for a while now. She's in for a mother load of suprises on her return. When the cat is away the mouse are at play has a new meaning now.

Simmi is back at home with Ananya minus Param the pervy
Ishita made a quick trip to the hospital and returned home while Toshiji was still away

Mani has become Ishita's shadow and she's confiding her feelings to her childhood friend and not her husband Raman Kumar Happy Bhalla.
Mrs. Iyer flushed her stash of alcohol down the drain.
Shagun is living with Mihir now. His wedding to Mihika is getting sidetracked with Ashok making a play for Ishita's cousin.
Romi is about to become a proud papa and Sarika the mother-to-be...daughter of a peon that Toshiji already vetoed.
